  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
  • Product colors may slightly vary from on-screen representations due to monitor calibration differences
  • Stock availability is shown in real time but may be subject to delays in update

4. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major credit/debit cards. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

COD Orders: COD orders require a confirmation call before dispatch. Refusing a COD delivery without prior notice may result in the customer being blocked from placing future COD orders.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Fraudulent Transactions: Any order suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled without notice. We reserve the right to report fraud to law enforcement authorities.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Deedazayb is not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Exchange Policy governs all returns and refunds and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our stated conditions.
